What “work coaching” means here

A focused, confidential space to sharpen how you lead — the conversations, decisions and behaviours that drive performance day to day. We work with your live scenarios so you see movement in meetings, not just in notes.

    Every session ends with one to three clear actions to test before we meet again — language to use, a conversation to have, a decision to make, a habit to practise. We keep it simple so it sticks.

    We align on goals up front, then track progress against specific behaviours: decision clarity, feedback frequency, meeting quality, stakeholder alignment. Optional 360 inputs and stakeholder interviews add richer data.
